Our Products

ADVANTAGES OF OUR PRODUCTSExeed Litecrete’s AAC products are the preferred solution

for residential, commercial, and industrial projects across the UAE, GCC, European and African markets by project owners, engineers, contractors, and architects. This is due to the Exeed Litecrete’s AAC products being:

  • Flexible to produce in various densities, shapes, and sizes;
  • Lightweight;
  • Easy and quick to transport and maneuver on site;
  • Easy to cut using hand tools; and
  • Inherently environmentally friendly.

AAC Blocks can be manufactured in larger formats than traditional masonry materials, which leads to fewer joints and reduces the total masonry mortars needed on large structural projects. Exeed Litecrete’s AAC Blocks come in various densities, strength classes, shapes, and sizes.

Our ApplicationsAAC Materials are non-organic, non-toxic, air-tight material, that can be used for various structural building purposes.

AAC materials were invented in Sweden, in 1924, as a lightweight, precast, foam concrete building material, that can provide both structure and insulation in building constructions. The product is manufactured using Portland Cement, mixed with lime, silica sand, water, and an expansion agent, then poured into molds. The reaction between expanding agent and cement mix creates hydrogen bubbles, which in turn expands the concrete to approximately three times its size. After the evaporation of hydrogen, the highly closed cells, and aerated concrete is cut to various forms and sizes and steam-cured in an autoclaved chamber.

AAC solutions are ideal for projects such as:

  • Villas
  • High-rise construction
  • Low-rise construction
  • Construction of agricultural & industrial facilities
  • Renovations of old buildings

Ideal areas of application include; Internal walls, External walls, Intertenancy walls, Shaft walls, Corridor walls, Floors, Roofs.
