About Us

Exeed Litecrete is a leading manufacturer of Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) lightweight ‘green building’ products in the region. Products are available in the form of blocks, wall panels, and lintels, in a range of densities.

Exeed Litecrete’s factory is located in ICAD 2, covering an area of 120,000 m². The facility is a fully automated production system with state-of-the-art machinery sourced from Germany. We also have Dubai Municipality-approved yard in DIC covering 10,000 m².

Exeed Litecrete’s team can support contractors by customizing the AAC solution to fit the various project requirements.We follow strict quality control procedures, complying with international standards. Quality is at the forefront of our operations at Exeed Litecrete.

Exeed Litecrete factories are ISO 14001:2015 certified, and the company holds EGBC, ICV, and ADPHC certifications. These credentials reinforce our commitment to recognised industry standards, sustainability, and the creation of local value.
